Data Collection and Storage
This section relates to the data collection practices of the Elite Signals application ("Application") created by Elite Tech Apps LLC ("Company"). The User is not required to register or enroll in any services to use the Application. However, the Application allows in-app purchases to be made through the application store. Subscription data required for premium content is stored locally on the User's device, and no User-identifying information is sent to the Company.
When the User consents to the application disclaimer and launches the Application, it connects to a cloud service vendor ("Cloud Vendor"), currently Google Inc., to obtain the latest signals for display. The Cloud Vendor may collect generic information about the User's device, including but not limited to geolocation, operating system, device type, unique device ID, IP address, mobile operating system, and mobile internet browser information. This information is not stored by the Company but is stored by the Cloud Vendor.
Does the Application Collect Precise Real-time Location Information of the Device?
This Application does not gather exact information regarding the location of the User's mobile device.
Do Third Parties See and/or Have Access to Information Obtained by the Application?
Certainly. As detailed in the "Data Collection and Storage" section, the Cloud Vendor does collect generic information. In the event that the Company engages in a merger, acquisition, or divestiture of all or a portion of its assets, the Company will make an announcement on its website. The Company will also disclose how any relevant data will be managed and transferred.
This application is not designed for individuals under the age of 16. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child has downloaded and used the application to purchase premium content, they should contact the Company at email@example.com. The Company will take appropriate action in accordance with its policies.
We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of any information provided by the Cloud Vendor to the Company. To this end, we employ multi-factor authentication to control access to the generic information described in the "Data Collection and Storage" section.
Provision of Premium Content
Upon purchasing premium content provided by the Application, the premium content information is stored on the User's device. Therefore, if the User uninstalls or deletes the Application after purchasing the premium content, the User may not be able to recover the premium content. The Company encourages the User to contact the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org in such cases. The support team will provide the User with the proper measures and procedures to maintain the User's subscription. The purchase of premium content is final and no refunds are allowed. Buying a premium bundle grants the User access to the specific bundle signals for a maximum of one year. However, there is no guarantee of how long the signals will be provided. The Company will make every effort to support all its customers.
